I bet you’re asking yourself “Why the hell is the World Court ruling on U.S. executions, what business is it of theirs and why should we care?” Don’t worry, I asked the same question when I read the headline.
Seems the World Court, which is a department of the United Nations, will be deciding whether or not the U.S. is defying a 2004 International Court of Justice order to review 51 cases of Mexicans sentenced to death by States.

You know, I don’t know what Joe Horn or his Lawyer were thinking when they agreed to go on Good Morning America with an interview with Diane Sawyer. I imagine GMA told them it would just be an informative interview and there was nothing to worry about.
Midwest Flooding - What The Media Didn’t Tell You

We’ve all seen the devastation in the Midwest in recent weeks due to the flooding. Farm houses under water, pigs, people and other farm animals on roofs, millions of acres of farmland under water, lives lost. However, there is something that the Media hasn’t been showing you. They’ve kept it a secret from you and the rest of the Nation.
Happy Birthday Nelson Mandela - NOT!

The liberal celebs of the World could not get to London fast enough to participate in Nelson Mandela’s birthday bash. Amy “give me some more drugs” Winehouse and the has-been group Queen were among those who performed for the crowd.
I’m still scratching my head over why the World even cares about Nelson Mandela or when his birthday was.
Let’s review some facts.
U.S. Supreme Court Rules Americans Have Right To Keep and Bear Arms

Wow, can you believe it? I never thought I’d see the day that the U.S. Supreme Court would rule on the 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms. I thought if they did, it would be a future Liberal Court and they would wipe out the 2nd Amendment.
For once, I’m glad I was wrong.
Today indeed will go down as a great day in U.S. History.
Time To Take Down The Bird Feeders

Haven’t heard it put this way before, but it’s a great analogy. Sometimes you just have to put a situation in its basic level for some people to understand it. Mainly liberals!
I bought a bird feeder. I hung it on my back patio and filled it with seed. What a beauty of a bird feeder it is as I filled it lovingly with seed. Within a week we had hundreds of birds taking advantage of the continuous flow of free and easily accessible food.
Why Yahoo Is Going Down The Tube

There was a time that Yahoo was the place to go to online. Anything having to do with the Internet, Yahoo was the place to visit.
How times have changed!
Now Yahoo is a stumbling, bumbling Internet company that doesn’t know its ass from a hole in the ground. They’re losing money and market share in an Industry where most of their competitors are raking in millions and gaining market share.
Hillary Clinton To Give Up - Grovels For VP Job

Maybe she saw the writing on the wall, perhaps she just went broke or it’s even possible she finally woke up and realized that America didn’t want another lying, cheating, backstabbing immoral Clinton as President. What ever the reason, Hillary Clinton is scheduled to throw in the towel and give up on Friday.
Of course, in the past she’s said she would fight to the DNC Covention plus she said that she would never accept the VP job either. Now it seems that she’s changed her mind on both accounts.
97,000 Massachusetts Citizens Fined For Not Buying Health Insurance

Wow, talk about your liberal Police state, nearly a 100k citizens of the Socialist state of Massachusetts have been fined because they didn’t buy “universal” Health Insurance!
Personally, if Mass. wanted it’s citizens to have health insurance, those Socialist lawmakers should have taken pay cuts and the State should have paid for it, all of it! Why anyone would live in such a place is beyond me!
Houston Garden Centers - You Have Unhappy Customers!

Earlier this Spring I redesigned my landscaping around my home. Not only did I pull up the existing beds, I put more in. I usually get my plants and landscaping supplies at Lowes, Home Depot or Wal-Mart because they have good prices and a money back guarantee. However, I couldn’t find everything I needed there so I took my first trip to Houston Garden Centers location in Conroe at 1488. I have to tell you, I couldn’t have been more displeased with this Houston Garden Centers location if I’d tried!

The ink hadn’t had time to dry on the ruling by the Texas Supreme Court’s decision that overturned Judge Barbara Walther’s incompetent ruling that allowed CPS to snatch up over 400 FLDS kids than she and the CPS lawyers showed their arrogance again by delaying the re-uniting of the FLDS kids with their parents.
Texas Supreme Court Orders FLDS Kids Back To Parents - Says CPS Went Too Far

I was happy to hear that our beloved Texas Supreme Court ruled that CPS overstepped their authority and ordered the FLDS kids to be reunited with their families. Yesterday, the Texas Supreme Court agreed with a lower court that CPS went above their authority when the snatched the FLDS kids away from their parents. Isn’t it a shame that most of us already knew that and it took the Texas Supreme court to make the State of Texas aware of that?

I don’t know how many of you pay attention to the Logo’s of the major search engines like Yahoo and Google. But on every Holiday and special occassion, the search engines change their logo’s. Yeah, even for silly “feel good” occasions like Earth Day and Global Warming Awareness day. Google was the first to do this and Yahoo started doing it later.
Pork Barrel Projects of Your Favorite Congressman and Senators

You know, this Farm Bill that G.W. vetoed was so full of Pork, it stunk to high heaven. Plus it was just a bad bill all around. This is the reason the President vetoed the bill. Even after warning the Congress and Senate to keep their hands out of the cookie jar, they still tacked on so much freakin’ pork it wasn’t funny. This is why the U.S. Congress was so happy to override Bush’s veto. They had Pork they needed to take back to their districts.
Texas Appeals Court Says The State Had No Right To Take FLDS Kids

Wow, you have to hand it to the court in Austin that decided the State of Texas had not right to take the FLDS kids away from their Parents at the YFZ Ranch. The Texas appeals court ruled today that the Texas child protective service (CPS) authorities acted improperly when they removed nearly 450 FLDS kids from the Ranch in El Dorado. I’m surprised that the court found it this way, although most of us knew that the Jack Booted thugs at Child Welfare went way out of their way with their heavy handed Gestapo tactics when they took those kids away from their parents.
