Shooting people in the back is wrong. Period. Traditionally throughout America's history this has been a clear indication of murder versus self defense. There may be some very, very rare sets up circumstance where there are exceptions to the rule, but this clearly isn't one of them. In fact I don't think you can get more cowardly than shooting someone in the back... Except maybe for the sickos that do things to kids . . . I'm a member of a national web page where I tell people all the time that although they can read some pretty awesome things about Austin...DON'T MOVE HERE! It's such a liberal place that it just kills me sometimes! We have had multiple run ins with the law and them not doing anything...and then this happens? IDK where these Travis County Prosecutors are getting their educations, but I'd bet it's right here too! I'm stuck here with a domicile restriction in my divorce, with a job waiting for me in North Carolina! No amount of money is worth leaving my kids here unattended...
