And like many of you, I’m not really happy with the candidates that the Conservatives have fielded for the 2012 Presidential election. That’s why I would support a Conservative like Rick Perry for President in 2012! Of the candidates that are already out there, my favorites would be Herman Cain and Michelle Bachmann. But I don’t know enough about Herman Cain and I think Michelle Bachmann is a good choice, just not the best choice at this time.

I also think that Rick is the only one who could soundly defeat Obama in 2012. Rick may be many things, but several there are several things he’s proven.

1. He knows how to run a successful campaign. And he knows how to defeat Liberal Democrats. After the thrashing he gave Bill White, I think it was just some practice to move onto a National stage.
2. He has a positive history of creating jobs and getting an economy moving. Not only that, but once it’s moving he can keep it going. Nearly every State in the Union is suffering, Texas has remained the bright spot in how to do things. Low taxes, favorable business climate, forward thinking leaders.
3. Perry is likable and charismatic. McCain had a likable issue. Sure, people wanted like him, but it was hard. Perry on the other hand is a great BS’er and could probably sell ice cubes to Eskimos.
4. Obama has done such a poor job, that someone like Perry could keep the issues front and center. That’s a place where Obama doesn’t want to play.

I think I’ll go ahead and go out on a limb and say it will be a Perry/Bachmann 2012 campaign. Go ahead and mark that one down in your book and put me down as having said it first! It would be a wildly successful train that the Obama/Biden station couldn’t stop!

Anyway, this theif grabs some beer and takes off from this C store. Clerk follows him outside and unleashes 12 rounds at him. The perp gets in a getaway car driven by his buddy and passes out. Apparently one of the 12 rounds found its mark. Buddy freaks out and ditches his car with his buddy still inside. Then after a while he calls 911 to tell them where the car is.

When the Police find the getaway driver, he’s in the middle of reporting his car being stolen. After some questioning, he admits the whole deal.

Now the Cops go back to the C store and arrest the clerk for shooting the thief. The clerks apparently picked up the brass and put it in his car, picked up the dropped beer and put it in the trash.

Sorry, I don’t see a problem here!

I’m sick and tired of hearing people say “It’s not worth killing someone over a 12 pack of beer”.

Well, you know what? When the thief stole the beer, he was telling everyone that his life was worth the price of a 12 pack (or 6 pack, whatever it was). Because the moment he made the decision to steal, that’s when he put a value on his life.

Why blame the clerk, or anyone else for that matter, for punching his clock? If the thief thought his life was more than a pack of beer, he should have acted like it.

I get fed up with these slimy liberals whining about crooks when they get what they have coming at the end of a gun barrel. It’s the crooks who are deciding that their actions are worth their life, not the victims they prey on.

If the liberal establishment in Austin goes ahead and puts this kid on trial for shooting this thug, I hope there are at least one or two real Texans on the jury who can explain to the rest of the liberals and would-be thieves that honest people are fed up with them and aren’t going to take it any longer.

I guess you could argue that it’s better late than never, but really, 5 days? Perhaps he was busy trying to keep his illegal alien Aunt from being deported?

Now what should happen is that we have swift and decisive air strikes followed by a land invasion from the Marines on every little crap hole these so called Pirates hang out. We know where they’re at but do you think Obama will do that? If you do, please, hold your breath until he does.

In fact, this is what Obama had to say about the rescue.

…the United States needs help from other countries to deal with the threat of piracy and to hold pirates accountable

Have you noticed a pattern with Barrack lately? According to him, America is always needing help with something! We need help with the financial crisis, help at helping others, help to fight piracy, etc. You see what is happening here? Obama’s trying to steer us to thinking we need the World’s help in every matter at home and abroad. That’s called transnationalism and Obama has bigger plans for it than Bush every thought about having.

I’ll bet that Obama will probably have those SEAL Team members demoted for killing the Pirates. He probably just wanted them shot in the arm or leg, not killed. Probably didn’t want their feelings hurt by taking away their hostage.

Kudos to the Navy SEALs, Captain Phillips and the Crew of the hijacked ship. They proved to be Americans. They fought back! They didn’t wait to be negotiated over. They saw evil and beat it back even though they had no guns. How many of those other hijacked ships or more than 200 hostages still being held by Somalian Pirates do you think would be there if they had fought back like these Americans? Damn few!

What Do Somali’s Think Of The Rescue of Capt. Phillips?

AP did a story about the rescue. It said that most Somaili’s are sympathetic to the Pirates but worry that some nations will retaliate and attack they towns the live in. Especially if the Pirates/terrorist take revenge out on some of the other hostages they are holding.

Personally, I’m sure that if it’s up to Obama, that guy has nothing to worry about!

The AP interviewed one Pirate who said that it was a “painful experience” learning about his dead Pirate buddies. Personally, I think we should make it a painful experience for all of his Pirate/terrorist friends.

But the Somalian Pirate then went on to say this:

This is unfortunate action and our friends should have done more to kill the captain before they were killed. This will be a good lesson for us

Ahhh…this is what happens Mr. Obama when you drag your feet and the enemy, yes I said enemy, thinks you’re weak.

It’s said you can tell a Pirate in Somalia when you see one because they are fat and happy.

It’s about time we made it to where the Somalian Citizens have a career choice of being a skinny and sad fisherman versus being a Fat and dead Pirate.

What ever happened to “We don’t negotiate with terrorist?”

The last time Pirates took American hostages off the coast of Tripoli, President Thomas Jefferson sent in the U.S. Marines to wipe these scum off the face of the Earth. A Pirate hasn’t thought about hijacking an American flagged vessel in over 200 years, until now.

President Obama, it’s time you grew a pair and sent in the U.S. Marines to wipe every Pirate off the face of the Somalian coast. Not send a FBI team to negotiate with 4 freakin’ terrorist in a little orange lifeboat. If you want to send someone Mr. President, send in a SEAL Team and make sure the only one that comes back alive is the Hostage. Now that would be sending another good message.

How weak we must look to the World now. You watch, if they let those scumsucking terrorist go, every lazy assed bum in the Third World will be looking to nab an American or anything with an American flag attached.

Now is the perfect opportunity for Obama to stand up and grow a pair all the while sending a very strong message to the World. The same message Thomas Jefferson sent to the World over 200 years ago.

But no, he’s cowering in a corner of the White House. Next thing you know he’ll be taking a trip to the Somalia coast and apologizing for America’s actions in Africa. Then he wonders why crap like this goes on!

Then, as if that isn’t bad enough, Moats gets into an argument with the Cop and keeps trying to talk over him, after refusing to stop when the Cop put his lights on him. Then Moats lies about having insurance. Only after the Cop threatens to have his car towed does Moats miraculously finds his Insurance card.

Two things surprised me about this. One is the sympathy some people is feeling for Moats. Not because of his MIL, but because he was stopped by the Dallas PD for driving reckless. It’s the Cop’s fault! The Cop made him run red lights and stop signs while driving at a high rate of speed!

Of course, those same ones would be wanting to lynch the Cop if he had let Moats go and Moats had T-boned a car with their family members inside, or hit one of the family members while racing down those streets.

None of the responsiblility lies with Moats I guess. Not the fact that he wasn’t at the Hospital to begin with, not the fact that he refused to pull over after the Cop put the lights on him, not the fact that he ran a red light and stop sign, nor the fact that he got into an argument with the Cop at the Hospital and then lied to him.

I doubt this would have even been an issue if Moats had simply stopped, got out calmly and explained that he was taking his Wife to see her dying mother at the Hospital. But since he didn’t so any of those things, it’s the Cops fault.

Could the Cop had handled this in a different manner? Sure, he probably handled it a little different. But at the end of the day, Moats cost his self more time by lying, arguing and failing to stop. The Cop was just doing his job.

The other thing that surprises me is the action of the Dallas Police Chief. A real class act throwing one of your Officers under the bus. No wonder this jerk has little respect from the Men and Women who serve under him. If anyone should be fired, it’s the Police Chief. Instead of thinking of his own Political career, he should have his Officers back and take up for them when they’re doing the job they were hired to do.

Here are some reflections over the past week since Hurricane Ike made landfall.

First off, what was up with the forecasting of this storm? The local and national “experts” really got this one wrong. Still, not many are fessing up to the fact, most weather people are just making excuses.

Second, what the hell was the problem with you people who thought Hurricane Ike would turn away from the Galveston and Houston areas just because Rita did 3 years ago? I could not believe the people who were saying “Hurricane Rita missed us at the last minute, Ike will do the same thing.”

What a totally stupid assumption!

Next, you people who were caught without gas, water and food after the storm. How many days notice do you actually need before you prepare? Unless you are an invalid or otherwise incapable of getting out of your house, you were fully warned that there was a good chance that Hurricane Ike would hit the upper Texas Coast. Every media outlet I listened to or watched told you to get out and stock up on food, water, gas and other necessities.

Yet, you didn’t. Instead you called the local radio and TV stations complaining that FEMA wasn’t acting fast enough and you didn’t have food, water, gas or ice.

Here’s a news flash for many of you. The Federal, State or Local Governments owe you NOTHING! Get off your asses and do a little preparing. You live on the Texas Coast, where there has been a HISTORY of Hurricanes in the past. As the saying goes, if you wait for the Government to take care of your sorry ass, you’re going to be disappointed.

If you people really want someone to blame because you had no food at home, no gas in your car or for your generator, go look in the mirror for the person responsible for not having what you needed.

I took a brief look myself in the mirror Saturday night when it was freakin’ hot and I had no generator. I’d put it off for years and only have myself to blame for not having one. Otherwise, I had all the other things I needed and then some.

What is up with the whining about standing in line or waiting for a couple hours for food, water, ice or gas?

I mean, a lot of the same people whining about having to wait in line are the very same ones who brag about camping out in line for an iPhone or Hanna Montana tickets! Be prepared next time!

As I drove around the North side of Houston or in the Woodlands or Conroe, I was surprised at how long the lines were at the PODS or Gas Stations. I couldn’t believe there were so many people not prepared for this storm with the basic necessities.

If you waited in a line for food, water, gas or ice, you should have come to the realization of just how “free” you really are. I include myself in this group of people as I had to wait about 30 minutes for gas in Spring on Thursday as my stash was running low. I should have put more back and drove around less.  Lesson learned.

What if this had been a Terrorist attack that seriously affected the availability of fuel? There’d be a lot of vehicles on the road sitting empty!

A few things I saw and didn’t see in Hurricane Ike’s aftermath.

As I drove around rural Montgomery County checking on friends, I didn’t see a bunch of people sitting on their butts waiting for FEMA or the Red Cross to come and save them. They were out cleaning up as soon as Saturday afternoon.

I saw neighbors helping neighbors. Clearing yards, sharing power from a generator, sharing food and water with those who could not get out.

I saw people cooking everything in their defrosting freezers and inviting everyone over to eat.

I saw Utility Companies from all over coming to help Texans. I personally saw trucks and crews from Delaware, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Canada and New Mexico. God Bless those folks.

A big Texas Shout Out goes to crews from the Henckels & McCoy from Blue Bell, PA who worked long hours in our area to get our power back on. There was a lot of damage and these people stayed at it from sunup to sundown for several days. Thank you guys!

Another Shout Out to the crew of Mormons from College Station who stopped by and helped clean up the downed trees in my Yard and didn’t charge me a dime. It would have taken me and my Wife weeks to clean up this land! I hope God Blesses you and your families beyond your imagination!

I heard a woman call into a TV show and rake a Center Point PR person over the coals because her 85 year old mother was still without power and “she needed it desperately” according to the caller. When the Host asked her if she had power, she replied “Yes, but it’s my Mother who needs it.”

The Host replied “Well, why don’t you go get your Mother so she can stay with you until she gets power back on” DUH!

I saw a lot of common sense go out the window after Hurricane Ike.

I saw a women today in a local store complaining that she was without food, water and power for days and couldn’t afford a generator or extra food. This was while she was buying $30 worth of Lottery tickets.

I saw some people turn their noses up at the hot meals given out in The Woodlands and elsewhere. I heard about people complaining that some of the MRE’s didn’t “taste” that good and that FEMA and/or the Red Cross should have a better tasting alternative.

You ungrateful people deserve nothing! Go a few more days without food and those meals will be a freakin’ delicacy. The problem is, those complaining didn’t get hungry enough! They also need to stop and realize that we have Men and Women in Iraq and Afghanistan that eat MRE’s nearly every day, sometimes 2 and 3 times a day.

I was honestly shocked by the amount of ungratefulness and inconsiderate actions I saw during the aftermath of Hurricane Ike.

I heard several Customers complaining to the manager or owner of the Shell station at Hwy 105 and the West Loop 336 in Conroe after he opened without any power just so people could get a few things they needed. People were complaining that he should have been on generator power, that he should have had a working credit card machine, that he was price gouging. I stop there frequently and his prices hadn’t changed one bit. But the Customers were so ungrateful, he decided to close early.

I saw the same thing time and time again, especially early in the week.  I heard people complaining that the BBQ Hut in Magnolia was only serving Hot Chopped Beef Sandwiches and Chips on Sunday. Hell, most of the people who were complaining probably hadn’t had a hot meal since Friday night! Hey, you didn’t have to stop there and he didn’t have to open up on generator power! You ungrateful morons! I’m not crazy about Chopped Beef BBQ, but I was more than happy to get something hot to eat, I bought two!

Just as with the Government, Store Owners don’t OWE you squat! The don’t have to open so that you can get water, food or gas.

Lessons Learned from Hurricane Ike

I learned that we as humans still have some compassion for our fellow man but that many more think the Government and others OWE them something. Why they believe this is beyond me.

I re-learned how a simple pleasure like a hot can of Chili cooked over an open fire can lift anyones spirits.

I re-learned how great it is just to enjoy the peace and quiet of the early morning (after everyones generators ran out of fuel…lol)

I learned that I wasn’t as prepared as I thought I was. I found out quickly the weaknesses in my survival plan. Those weaknesses will be worked on the the upcoming months!

I learned that no matter how many times some people are told to prepare for an approaching storm, they won’t do it. Then they complain at the top of their lungs when they have no food or water afterwards.

I re-learned that Weathermen and women really can’t predict squat when it comes right down to it.

After clearing brush for a week, I learned that my 40 something body does not heal as quickly as it did at 20.

I learned that my Wife believes Peas and Corn is the only thing that comes in cans. Glad I did some of the survival preparation shopping!

At the very least, this should be a huge wake up call to the people that not only live here on the Coast, but everywhere. You can’t be prepared enough! I shudder to think what would happen if feul was not available for a week or more. Many folks couldn’t deal with this!

3 days of food and water isn’t enough. 2 weeks worth of food, water and fuel should be the minimum.

My heart goes out to everyone on the Bolivar Peninsula. I’m wondering what happened to the people who lived in the Crystal Beach subdivisions where we rented Beach Houses. I hope they left before the storm hit.

Hurricane Ike wasn’t the first storm to hit the Galveston and Houston area and it won’t be the last. Consider this your wake up call!

What a stupid and naive statement I thought to myself.

Okay, it might happen but only under the right circumstances. Mainly that the decision makers along with the IOCC are paid off. That’s the only reason I can see that a pollution filled crap hole city such as Beijing would be allowed to host the Olympics.

Here are just a few reasons Houston will never host the Olympics.

Houston is not a convention city nor a tourist trap. We’re pretty much a city driven by oil and chemicals with just a smattering of tech and financial companies thrown in to make us “look” diverse. Companies don’t come here for conventions, unless other desirable convention cities like Las Vegas, Dallas, Austin or San Antonio are booked up first. I’d go as far as to say that on a per capita basis, San Antonio has more conventions and tourist destinations than Houston.

Can you imagine Bill White and Rick Perry asking the oil and chemical companies to shut down for a few weeks while the Olympics were in town? Just so the air would clear up? Ha! 

Just think about what the media would say the first time those TransStar signs were flashing “Ozone Watch Today, Please Stay Indoors” and they cancelled all outside sporting events.

Sure, we have plenty of taxpayer funded private stadiums and other venues where many of the sporting events could be held, just like Beijing. But where would we have the whitewater kayak events? The San Jacinto river? Yeah, the course would include dodging unidentifiable floating objects in the water…most of which would probably be bodies.

Of course, Brays Bayou would be a great choice if we had any rainfall at all.

At first thought Galveston would be a great place for the Beach Volleyball event. But on closer examination, I don’t think the sparkling brown waves washing upon littered beaches is what the Olympics would want portrayed. No. Beach Volleyball would have to be held somewhere like Padre Island and that’s too far to commute each day. Another “X” for Houston.

The cycling events would have to be held in Montgomery County. There are just too many potholes for cyclist in Houston and Harris County. Plus, citizens who live in the rural areas of Montgomery County are used to swerving to miss road hogging cyclist.

If you think traffic is bad in Houston now, just wait until the Olympics show up. You only have to ask a previous host city what kind of 4 year nightmare the Olympics cause. I mean, we can’t get the streets fixed now, why should we think they’d get fixed for the Olympics?

Speaking of previous host cities, the Olympics are never profitable for the host city. Normally the host city will go in the hole putting on the Olympics. Of course, seeing how many Houstonians do not mind paying higher taxes to pay for private Sports Stadiums, this may be a wash. Taxes in Houston and Harris county would certainly go up if the Olympics ever came to Houston.

Houston’s fire, ambulance and rescue responders would be overwhelmed by the sharp increase of accidents due to Metro Bus drivers and the light rail system. The Tourist that the Metro Busses missed would become fair game for the Toy Train downtown.

And what would tourist do after they went to Galveston Beach, Moody Gardens and the Kemah Boardwalk? It’s not like the area around Houston is full of beautiful scenery…unless you consider the Ship Channel and Refinery Row as scenic.

What has it been, nearly a decade since MInute Maid park was built? Remember how they said it would “revitalize” downtown? I don’t think that a few new restuarants, bars and new cardboxes and shopping carts for the homeless counts as “revitalization”. Sorry, but we still have a big portion of the downtown area that is ugly!

No. No matter how much Houston’s social elite (whom most live outside of Houston’s city limits anyway) want to think that Houston is the cultural center of the World, it’s not true. We’re a working town and that’s what we do best. Don’t try putting lipstick and a dress on this Pig and calling us Cinderella.

This is just a few reasons why Houston will never host the Olympics. Now you can exhale and go back to work.

What is the media hiding about the Midwest Flooding.

Just a personal observation…as I watched the news coverage of the massive flooding in the Midwest with over 100 blocks of the city of Cedar Rapids, Iowa under water, levees breaking, and the attention now turned downstream for when this massive amount of water hits the Mississippi, what amazed me is not what we saw, but what we didn’t see or hear…

• You don’t see all the looting that must be going on.
• You don’t see street violence that must be going on in the farm towns and cities.
• You don’t see people sitting on their rooftops waiting for the government to come and save them.
• You don’t see people waiting on the government to do anything actually.
• You don’t see Hollywood organizing benefits to raise money for people to rebuild.
• You don’t see people blaming President Bush for the flooding.
• You don’t see people ignoring evacuation orders.
• You don’t see people blaming the flooding on a government conspiracy to blow up the levees.
• You don’t see the US Senators or the Governor of Iowa crying on TV.
• You don’t hear the Mayors of any of these cities complaining about the lack of state or federal response.
• You don’t see or hear reports of the police going around confiscating personal firearms so only the criminal will be armed.
• You don’t see gangs of people going around and randomly shooting at the rescue workers.
• You don’t see some leaders in this country blaming the bad behavior of the Iowa flood victims on “society” (of course there is no wide spread reports of lawlessness to require excuses).

So you see, this must be a Media coverup. They’re not showing us all these things going on in the Midwest. How do I know this is true? Well because the talking heads, Mayors and Governors told me this type of behavior is common after a flood. Either that or this my just be a New Orleans thing!

I’m still scratching my head over why the World even cares about Nelson Mandela or when his birthday was.

Let’s review some facts.

He was imprisoned for 27 years for carrying out and conspiracy to carry out, terroist acts against the South African government.

He has, or had, strong ties to communist organizations besides the ANC in Africa and around the world.

He headed up the African National Congress (ANC), which is known to have both communist and terrorist ties including the armed wing called Umkhonto we Sizwe (or also known as MK). MK carried out bombings against military, industrial, civilian and infastructure sites. The MK celebrated the 70th birthday of the ANC by attacking a Nuclear reactor near Cape Town South Africa and let us not forget the Church Street bombings where 19 people were killed and 217 injured, mostly civilians.

Yeah, that’s a pretty peaceful group Nelson Mandela was apart of. Kinda like another peace loving group called Al Qaeda.

Okay, so if we didn’t want to celebrate this part of Mandela’s life, let’s forget about everything before 1990 and celebrate everything forward.

He became the first democratically elected President of South Africa after apartheid.

What was once a bustling, vibrant and productive country with a low crime rate has now become the new crap hole of the Dark Continent with skyrocketing crime rates and unheard of unemployment rates.

Yeah, Mandela has done a helluva job turning South Africa into a peace loving and productive government.

If he was half as successful in turning South Africa into a peace loving and productive country as he was bullshitting the World about apartheid, then South Africa would be the jewel of the World. Seems about the only thing Nelson Mandela can really do is lead communist terror groups and make most of the World feel sorry for him. And he did that the best when he was in a South African prison for terrorist acts!

Even Mandela himself has said that the ANC violated human rights in its apartheid struggle. Yet, the World still flocks to celebrate his criminal life. Much like it would be celebrating Che’s life if he were still alive. Thankfully, Che got exactly what he deserved.

Funny, before 1990 all you heard about was how bad the apartheid was and how the citizens had it bad. Now that South Africa has gone to crap, you hardly every hear about the mass murders, especially by black citizen gangs against black foreigners, rampant unemployment rates, corruption in the Government and so on.

I don’t think anyone can logically make a case that South Africa is better off now than it was before Nelson Mandela was released from prison. If you think you can make that case, drop me a comment I’d love to hear your reasoning!

Yet, we’re expected to celebrate the man who had the biggest hand in leading South Africa down the crapper. I just don’t understand these morons!

In one of his onstage rants, Nelson Mandela had the nerve to say…

“But even as we celebrate, let us remind ourselves that our work is far from complete.

“Where there is poverty and sickness, including AIDS, where human beings are being oppressed, there is more work to be done. Our work is for freedom for all.”

I’m wondering if he’s taking into account the numerous citizens he had a hand in killing or the plight of his country now that he and selected others have ransacked it? Perhaps he should have thought about the plight of his fellow citizens while he and his cronies had their hand in the Treasury and padding their own pockets? Or are we not suppose to bring that up?

No, this man and what he stands for is not to be celebrated. Socialism and Communism needs to be called out whenever it rears its ugly head and I’m calling it out on Nelson Mandela!

How times have changed!

Now Yahoo is a stumbling, bumbling Internet company that doesn’t know its ass from a hole in the ground. They’re losing money and market share in an Industry where most of their competitors are raking in millions and gaining market share.

While Yahoo buys companies like MyBlogLog and quickly applies their market share losing techniques to the newly acquired companies (thus causing these new companies to lose market share also), their competitors are buying companies along the same fields and quickly entering new and untapped markets.

Is it any wonder no one really wants Yahoo?

I have Yahoo set as my default startup page on my Computers. Simply because I like the layout of Yahoo and I want to see News at a glance. MSN’s start up page is too busy. So it’s Yahoo.

Now today, the staff that puts up the news has just been beside their self chuckling with glee like two school girls who just saw their first naked guy.

Here are the featured stories on Yahoo. Michelle Obama and the bump thing on the View, Why the moon will look larger on the Horizon than when it’s directly overhead, an article about an award winning Pizzaria in Phoenix and another article about surveying to find dirty ballparks.

Yep, that’s Yahoo’s Feature News of the day. In Theory, the most important news today are those 4 headlines!

Now are you beginning to see why Yahoo is on a downward spiral and they have no clue as to how and fix it.

It’s also no secret that the staff and Yahoo (as well as the staffs at other Internet firms such as Google) are so left bending it hurts.

They have been all over their self about this Obama bump thing. They can’t seem to stop reporting on it. I’ve asked around, and many people have never heard of it or could care less. Not one person I spoke to thought it was “cool” or “hip”. Yet, Yahoo runs whole articles on the “Obama bump” and how it’s attracting younger voters to him because it makes him look cool and hip. Yes folks, this is what Yahoo considers newsworthy content.

It’s also the same reason they keep losing market share which translates into lower advertiser interest.

Not only that, have you actually tried searching for anything on Yahoo lately? Geez, talk about spam results and irrelevant pages being returned, they search engine really sucks!

There was a time when Yahoo broke new ground with outside the box thinking and innovative products and services for its customers. Sadly, those times are gone, gone for good. Yahoo has forgotten how to be creative and innovative. They became complacent and then decided they wanted to become a liberal mouth piece in an attempt to replace Democratic Underground.

The only problem with that is they also wanted to keep market share and a sky high stock price. Consumers and stock purchasers have spoken with their wallets and it doesn’t look good for Yahoo.

Sorry Jerry, but you can’t have it both ways and the public has decided it doesn’t want a liberal left wing search engine that returns crappy results!

This latest snag just goes to show how arrogant and incompetent both Judge Barbara Walther and the Texas CPS are. Both came up with an “agreement” that they are trying to force the parents to sign in order to get their children back.

Funny, I don’t remember either the District Court or the Supreme Court issuing a ruling that the FLDS parents must sign such an agreement to get their kids back. I do remember both higher Courts saying that Judge Barbara Walther was wrong when allowing the CPS to swoop in and kidnap those kids away from their parents.

Apparently neither Judge Barbara Walther or CPS have learned their lesson. This is just another example of a incompetent judge in our legal system trying to have her way regardless of what higher courts decide.

Here’s just a snippet from an Associated Press article on Yahoo.

Under the deal CPS released, the families won’t be able to leave Texas until Aug. 31 but would be allowed to move back to the ranch. It also calls for parenting classes and visits by CPS to interview children and parents in the child abuse investigation.

Walther wanted to remove the August deadline and provide for psychological evaluations of the children. She also wanted it specified that parents can’t travel more than 60 miles from their residence without 48 hours’ notice. She also wanted CPS to have access to the ranch and the children at all times necessary for any investigation.

I don’t remember either higher Court issuing these restrictions? Obviously Judge Walther is still smarting by having her decision publicly overturned so now she’s reaching for straws. These are just the type of lawyers that need to be run out of the Public courts.

So now the Parents reunification with their Children are on hold as once again, the attorney’s for the FLDS parents and kids have to go back to the Court’s and have them direct this incompetent Judge Walther to do her job and return the kids…with no strings attached.

She’s trying to impose restrictions and limitations to parents in a case where she had no authority to act in the first case. A decision that all of her peers have agreed was wrong. Apparently she just can’t accept that fact.

If you remember right, the whole basis for the search warrant and raid were based on faulty and suspicious circumstances. Even knowing this, both the Judge and CPS have moved forward in their attempts to enforce their will on the FLDS parents and children.

This kind of Governmen abuse needs to stop now and the Government parties involved, including CPS lawyers and decision makers, along with Judge Barbara Walther, need to be held responsible for their incompetent and illegal actions.

Now let’s see if CPS can reunite the Families in a more organized way than when they kidnapped them. It was obvious for anyone who followed the FLDS raid that CPS didn’t have their heads screwed on straight to begin with. The didn’t know how many kids they had, whether or not the kids were actually kids or young adults and they didn’t know who was family and who wasn’t. I’m also wondering if this will stop the DNA testing of the kids?

It’s not common for the Courts to reign in out-of-control government departments like CPS, but I’m glad the Texas Supreme Court did. Now if they would just get some gonads and treat all cases as fairly as they did this one, this State would be in a much better shape than it is.

You can bet that the CPS will continue to hound the FLDS members. They’re not likely to get spanked and publicly humiliated like this and keep a low profile, No, I’d say we’ll see more gross incompetence from this Department in the days to come.

I sincerely believe the outcry not only from Texas citizens, but from the Country as well, played as much a part in the Texas Supreme Court‘s decision than the law did. If we’d never heard of the raid on the ranch, I’m willing to bet good money that this decision would have been different. All that matters now is that the State of Texas must return the kids to their families. For once, justice was on the side of the citizen!

Google does this for all Holiday’s except one (that I’ve noticed). Memorial Day. I’ve never seen them change their logo to celebrate Memorial Day. Who runs Google? Yeah, a bunch of bleeding heart liberal California nut job types who love to tell us Peasants how to live and tell us we use too much Fossil Fuel while traveling around in their Custom 767 AND their 757.

Notice the Dog Tags and Purple Heart? You’d think that Yahoo would be the hands on favorite of most Liberal Search Engine, but it looks like Google has that title all wrapped up.

Like I said earlier, this isn’t something new for Google. They’ve never changed their logo in honor of Memorial Day, at least none that I’ve seen in the last few years.

So, Google, just what is it about Memorial Day that you believe doesn’t justify changing your logo?

There, I just saved you a bunch of money. No wait, I just saved the TAXPAYERS a bunch of money!

Here are several reasons you’re getting your ass kicked in the primaries. These are some of the reasons people do not like you.

1. You’re transparent. Even children can see through you. Sadly, there are still some who can’t, but that number is dwindling every day.
2. Your two-faced. You say one thing and then do another.  You live by the “Do as I say and not as I do” liberal playbook. You’ve done this since you lived in Arkansas.
3. People pretty much saw you and Bill for who you really were when ya’ll flipped off Arkansas after the Presidency and moved to New York. Not surprisingly, New Yorkers couldn’t see past the end of their nose to see the real Hillary which is why they welcomed you. Of course, they’re New Yorkers and you and Bill knew this, which is one reason you moved there.
4. You’re cold and heartless. You’ve proven that on more than one occasion.
5. People do not respect you. This is probably the biggest reason you’re not winning. Had you ponied up and left Bill when he was cheating on you when you were in the White House,  you would have garnered both the Sympathy and respect of a Nation. Now, even the liberal man hating dykes don’t like you. 

These are just a few reason’s people don’t like you. So when you go to bed tonight, just remember, people aren’t really casting a vote for Osama Bama, they’re really casting a vote against you because they genuinely do not like you and do not respect you. Not as a Woman, not as a person and especially not as a Presidential candidate!

As you can see from the picture, the poor dog was freakin’ cold. I don’t know if you can see, but the way he had the dog tied in, it couldn’t get down below the bed of the pickup.

Not only that, but this bozo had an extended cab pickup. He could have tied this poor mut behind his seat where the dog would have been dry and warm.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ve hauled more than my share of pooches in the bed of my pickup. I’d say most dogs love riding in the bed of a pickup, except perhaps when they’re freezing their asses off due to the incompetence of their owners. If the weather is cold or raining, I use a dog box.

Some people should not own pets!

I would have loved to stop this ole boy and put him in the back of the truck and the dog in front.
