But I think for posterity’s sake I’ll just mention in passing that Ted Kennedy probably did more to harm this Country than any other politician I can think at the moment. He certainly never did live up to the standards set by Jack and Robert. He worked to pass nearly every liberal agenda he could. He worked hard to open the flood gates of illegal immigration. He fought hard to take away our 2nd Amendment rights and much more.

In the upcoming weeks we’re going to hear about how great he was. Obviously only Liberals and those In Mass. thought he was great. For some reason Mass. voters could never see through him to see how he only worked for whatever was in HIS best interest. Outside of Mass., he never had the respect that Liberals would like you to think he had. Just mentioning his name conjured up images of everything that is wrong with this Country and none of the good. Yet, the people of Mass. could never understand why the were looked down on or made the butt of Ted Kennedy jokes by the rest of the Country.

I do feel for his family. It’s hard for any family to deal with a death. My thoughts and prayers will go out to his family. I’ll also say a prayer for him, because I think he’s going to need it.

Well, this Stimulus Plan is nothing more than the same old, same old Democrats tax and spend strategy. It’s full of pork barrel projects aimed at paying back those who contributed to the Democrats election efforts as well as those of Obama’s.

Can we all agree that this Stimulus Plan of the Democrats and Obama is suppose to create jobs and get the economy back on track? Yes? Good.

Since we agree on that, let’s take a look at some of the provisions in this Stimulus package.

By the way, the Wall Street Journal estimates that only 12 cents out of every dollar in the Plan will actually create jobs and improve the economy.

For starters, there’s 1 Billion, yes BILLION with a B, for Amtrack. This service hasn’t turned a profit in nearly 4 decades. How is this going to stimulate the economy and create jobs? Oh, that’s right, most everyone who works there are Union. Payback to the Public Workers Union.

2 Billion for Child Care subsidies. Guess who qualifies for these?

50 Million for the National Endowment of the Arts. Yes, that’s not a misprint. How is this going to create jobs and stimulate the economy?

Here’s another good one. $400 million for Global Warming research and 2.4 Billion for Carbon Capture Demonstration projects. Payback to the Greenies and Tree Huggers.

650 Million for Digital TV Conversion coupons on top of the Billions already spent on this. I guess all those workers that are going to get new jobs need some R&R after coming home.

Less than 90 Billion is earmarked for projects that will actually help create jobs and stimulate the economy. Projects like fixing bridges and highway construction, improvements to electricl and broadband grids.

A huge portion goes to Public Mass Transit. More paybacks to Public Worker Unions for their support and capaign contributions.

Also 83 BILLION dollars of the the Stimulus Package will extend Income Tax Creditand benefits to those who do not pay taxes. IE; Welfare Recipients and Illegal Aliens among others! Now there’s your tax dollars at work!

10 Billion will go to buy more new cars for the Federal Government and “modernizing” federal buildings. Can’t wait for the flood of jobs this will create!

6 BILLION will go to education projects, but there’s one catch. The Stimulus Plan states “No recipient . . . shall use such funds to provide financial assistance to students to attend private elementary or secondary schools”

Ouch! Big payback for the Teachers Union and NEA.  Can’t have those kids going to private school and learning more than Johnny who’s stuck in a Public School surrounded by Liberal Idiots!

Oh, last but certainly not least, there’s the provision for Sexual Transmitted Disease Kits. I guess if we’re going to get screwed, at least they’ll tell us how to deal with any of the nasties we might get from them.

Okay all you Obama supporters. You wanted change, you got it. This bill will cost us an additional 340+ Billion in interest…if we pay it off by 2020! Now what do you think the chances are that we’ll have it paid off by then? No, this is nothing more than a Democrat wish list and everyone wonders why the Republicans are fighting it.

This country has never spent it’s way out of tough times, yet Obama and his loyal band of Democrats want to try every chance they get. It’s how they’ve operated for a long time.

Joe The Plumber Actually Gets It

I read this interview on Family Security Matters with Joe. He’s you’re average guy in America. He works toward the American dream. And what’s so special about him is that he actually knows what the American Dream is, unlike so many Obama supporters.

He also sees past the crap that Obama dishes out. Again, unlike many Americans.

Main Stream Media Jumps on Joe The Plumber

Now it seems that the main stream media has a new target and his name is Joe The Plumber. How dare an Average Joe (no pun intended) question the Obamesiah about his plans for America, thus exposing his Socialist plans for America. The same plans the main stream media has worked so hard to keep the lid on.

Now they’ve dug up that Joe owes some back taxes. Is it any wonder why he’s worried about Obama’s tax increase? There are many small businesses who owe back taxes, myself being one of them. You make payments and pay them as you can. Simple as that.

The fact that Joe The Plumber owes back taxes actually gives his plight more creditbility.

The bashing doesn’t stop with the media either. Everyone from Obama hisself down to the late night talk show host have pounced on Joe. Obama’s remarks at a rally was “How many plumbers do you know who make $250,000?” Ummm, actually Obama, I know many small business owners with just a few employees that gross over $250,000. This is why Obama’s Socialist plan is so scary.

As for the late night talk show host like Letterman and Leno, well it’s no secret that they’re Liberals with an audience. They’ve never tried to hide it so I guess it was expected for them to show their true colors.

I’m betting that more of Obama’s Socialist views are uncovered between now and election time. I’m also betting his handlers will keep Joe the Plumber’s from asking him anymore simple questions!

On a lighter note, has anyone seen President Obama and the Filipino Clone? The resemblence is scary! It makes you wonder if some secret agency has been cloning humans for a long time. That would explain a lot about Obama’s past!

Today, Sarah Palin was critisized when she mentioned Obama’s ties to a known terrorist and money man, William Ayers. She actually got part of her story from the New York Times article about the connection between Obama and Ayers.

As you can imagine, the Obama campaign is sidestepping this issue and trying to accuse the McCain campaign as initiating a smear tactic. Which is pretty normal when a politician doesn’t want to talk about something that is probably true.

Another thing that has been nagging me for quite sometime is Obama’s fierce denial of making public some of his thesis work at Columbia and Harvard. In fact, he has went as far as flat out prohibiting either University from releasing his thesis work. He also will not release other documents from his college years.

Hmmm…why?

Is it because there would be something in those papers that Americans wouldn’t like? Probably so if you follow Obama’s radical past.

FOX airs Hannity’s America tonight. Sean goes into great detail putting the whole puzzle about Obama’s shady past into focus. As you can see, if you watched all the video’s, Barack Hussein Obama has some explaining to do to the American public. But does the American public really care? Or do they only care about what one party or the other promises them?

It’s funny. I’ve talked to several people who have told me that they wouldn’t be surprised if Obama was a muslim extremist sleeper. After watching this set of video’s, I wouldn’t be surprised either.

I’m Voting Democrat this year and here’s why.

I’m voting Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would.

I’m voting Democrat because I believe oil companies’ profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 15% isn’t.

I’m voting Democrat because freedom of speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it.

I’m voting Democrat because when we pull out of Iraq I trust that the bad guys will stop what they’re doing because they now think we’re good people.

I’m voting Democrat because I believe that people who can’t tell us if it will rain on Friday CAN tell us that the polar ice caps will melt away in ten years if I don’t start driving a Prius.

I’m voting Democrat because I believe discussing Christ in our schools is offensive but atheism, Islam, Buddhism, Occultism & any other religion is OK because these religions are peaceful & Christians are warlike.

I’m voting Democrat because I’m not concerned about the slaughter of millions of babies so long as we keep all death row inmates alive.

I’m voting Democrat because I believe that business should not be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to the government for redistribution as THEY see fit.

I’m voting Democrat because I believe three or four pointy headed elitist liberals need to rewrite the Constitution every few days to suit some fringe kooks who would NEVER get their agendas past the voters.

I’m voting Democrat because I believe that when the terrorists don’t have to hide from us over there, when they come over here I don’t want to have any guns in the house to fight them off with.

I’m voting Democrat because I love the fact that I can now marry whatever I want. I’ve decided to marry my horse. My neighbor is going to marry his dog. They are of the same sex, so it’s ok.

So now you have it. There’s only one logical choice for President this year!

When Experience, Knowledge and Honor Just Aren’t Good Enough.

Vote Obama.

See. Told you it was a simple, logical answer. Vote Obama and all our concerns and problems will vanish January 20th, 2009. The World will become an instant Utopia.

Since last weekend though, my opinion may be wrong.

My Wife and I had dinner with some friends last Saturday night. When we’re out with these particular friends, we’ve learned not to bring up the subject of Politics. They’re die hard Democrats and hold a deep hatred for all things Republican and Bush. To say we’ve ended a few evenings in the past with hard feelings along with a little resentment talking about Politics, would be an understatement.

So it was you could have knocked me over with a feather when the husband said “Well, I can tell you one thing about this Presidential election, I won’t be voting for Obama”

I was shocked and nearly choked on the piece of steak I was eating.

“Why is that?” I asked

“Well” he said ” I don’t trust Obama. There is something sinister about this guy and I think a lot of it has to do with his being a Muslim. I think that whole blow up about his Pastor and the Chicago Church was nothing more than a smoke screen to divert peoples attention away from the fact that he was raised as a Muslim.”

Damn, someone pinch me, I’m freakin’ dreaming! I couldn’t believe what I just heard.

A die hard Dem pointing out the obvious…and meaning it!

“You know they say once you’re a Muslim you’re always a Muslim” I asked.

“Yep” he said. “But don’t get all happy with me just yet, I’m not sure I’ll vote for McCain either. I’m afraid I may end up voting for neither one of these jokers”

“No that is something we can agree on” I said half seriously.

Now if this hardcore Democrat can see the obvious and further more come out and admit the reason why he’s not voting for the “Chosen One”, you have to have hope that others will see the light when they go to vote. I’m betting more than one Democrat will either stay home or put a Vote in for the “R” team instead of putting it down for the Donkey’s team.

I am real surprised more hasn’t been made about his Muslim ties. Of course, the Media believes he’s their darling so they’re not going to say much unless it’s forced on them.

Hey, can we get Karl Rove a plane ticket to Indonesia to check out Obama’s childhood as a Muslim?

Maybe she saw the writing on the wall, perhaps she just went broke or it’s even possible she finally woke up and realized that America didn’t want another lying, cheating, backstabbing immoral Clinton as President. What ever the reason, Hillary Clinton is scheduled to throw in the towel and give up on Friday.

Of course, in the past she’s said she would fight to the DNC Covention plus she said that she would never accept the VP job either. Now it seems that she’s changed her mind on both accounts.

The sucking up for the VP job has done began. Hillary Clinton and her aides both have hinted that she would be cool with the VP nod from Osama Obama.

Hey, guess if you can’t beat them you might as well join them hunh Hillary?

Of course, if Hussein Obama is smart as everyone thinks he is, he’ll choose Bill Richardson of New Mexico to bring along the Spanish vote. It’s no secret that Spanish people do not like Obama and will not vote for him in November. The primaries proved that.

Yeah, Obama has a good chance right now to end the threat of the Clinton’s political machine once and for all. But does he have the gonads to strike the Coup-De-Ta to the Clinton political machine? Only time will tell. If Osama Obama does pick Hillary, she and Bill will work their way back into power. One way or another.

Personally, if I were into politics, I’d stay as far away from them as I could. I wouldn’t want to end up the way Vince Foster did.

But I believe that Obama knows all this. Sure, he’ll probably accept a little under the rub support from Hillary Clinton as well as mouth piece appearances, but I be he’ll keep her at arms length and out of the spotlight.

After the results were in, Hillary is now trying to morph her way into a candidate for the middle class. Yeah, the same class of people her and her husband snubbed for so many years, now she thinks she is middle class.

Clinton’s Continue To Pimp Daughter Chelsea

In typical Clinton fashion, they still have their daughter out on the campaign trail pimping here out wherever they believe they can get a vote or two. I saw a news spot Monday showing the Clinton’s in different Churches. Isn’t that ironic? They fought so hard to keep the Churches out of the U.S. Government when Bill was in Office, but as soon as the elections roll around, they’re the first ones in line Sunday morning!

I personally think it’s funnier than anything the way the Clintons can not grasp the fact that their 15 minutes of fame are over.

Americans, at least a few of them, have washed their hands of the lying, backstabbing, manipulating and immoral Clintons. I’d love to be a fly on the wall to hear what the Clinton’s really think!

What’s Next For Hillary?

You can expect a lot of pandering to the Super Delegates. You can expect to hear Hillary say that she’s just a middle class girl looking out for the little person. Then, when she’s back in New York, she’ll be for the elite. If she’s in Florida, she’ll be telling the old people how she’s one of them too. She’ll be trying to pull out all stops. Look for her to rub elbows with her Hollywood friends and push them to say good things about her.

She’ll be on the talk show circuit for sure trying to convince everyone that she’s their best friend in the whole wide world and that Obama is an outsider.

We’ll see the tears turned on when she thinks it’s appropriate. We’ll see her slam her fist down on podiums like Bill did when he lied to us about Monica. We’re going to get the full Monty of what Hillary and Bill can dish out. I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that a few of the Obama Super Delegates were found sitting on park benches after committing suicide just like Vince Foster.

Good bye Hillary. I hope this is the last time we see or hear about you and Bill! Butch up and admit it when you’re defeated.

Don’t get me wrong, I think John McCain is a fine American and honorable, I just don’t think he’s Presidential material. More so than the Democratic challengers obviously, but not really the best of the field.

Any how, let’s look at his recent “apology”. These days John seems to be handing out apologies like they’re on sale.

John McCain’s latest apology was aimed at Barak Obama after talk show host Bill Cunningham used Barak’s middle name 3 times during a speech in Cincinnati.

Why would John McCain apologize because someone used someone else’s middle name in a speech?

Well, because Barak Obama’s middle name is Hussein. Ya, as in Saddam Hussein. For some reason not known to many of us, Barak must not want it widely known that this is is middle name. Or why else would John McCain be apologizing because some shock jock used it in a pre-appearance speech?

Funny, I don’t recall an apology when John McCain dropped the F-bomb on Senator John Cornyn.

If Barak Hussein Obama is ashamed of his middle name and Muslim past, then let him change it or make excuses for it. No one, especially a Presidential Candidate, should have to apologize for someone else using one of their Challengers middle name of all things!

Naw, for me, John McCain is soft in way too many areas. I’ve often questioned whether or not John McCain really has the gonads for a knock down and drag out Presidential Campaign, it’s beginning to look like he doesn’t. Actually, it’s looked like this a long while.

It’s no secret that he’s often been more critical of the Presidents policies than he has of the Democrats policies. In fact, many thought he might have joined John Kerry or another third party last elections because of how “soft” and non-conservative many of his actions were.

This latest “apology” just goes to prove that John McCain will be one of these apologetic Presidential candidates who is more worried about his appearance in the Media than he is about his base’s opinion.

So for the past few evenings I’ve been looking over and researching my choices on local candidates. One of the races that I’m particularly interested in is the Precinct 4 Constable race. This race will feature incumbent Travis Bishop against Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden.

Now, let me clue you in on my political beliefs. Political positions were never meant to be filled by career politicians. It doesn’t matter if you’re a President or County Commissioner. However, somewhere along the way we let career politicians become common place. Our Founding Fathers would leave their farms and shops to go into public service. They would fill those positions for 1 or 2 terms and then go back to their farms and shops having fulfilled their commitment to their fellow citizens.

We’re now plagued with politicians who virtually go into a political position and stay there for life. That’s wrong.

For one thing, when these politicians get comfortable knowing they will be in the same position year after year, they fail to embrace change and do what’s good for the citizens. They instead start thinking in terms of what’s good for them or what they can get out of the position.

Disclaimer: I guess I should throw this in as well. I know neither of these gentlemen running for Pct. 4 Constable’s Office. Have never met either one that I’m aware of. All I know of them is what I can find in county records and newspaper articles and published campaign material. This article is one Voters opinion and you can do with it what you wish!

Why I can’t vote for Precinct 4 incumbent Travis Bishop

Travis Bishop has been Precinct 4 Constable since 1989. That’s too long for anyone to be in one position. That’s the main reason. Did he have a real non-taxpayer supported job before becoming Constable?

My secondary reason is that I believe his Office is more concerned with patrolling Highway 59 for drug runners than it is in patrolling local neighborhoods. I rarely see a Constable on my road and it’s one of the busiest smaller roads in East Montgomery County. In fact, when I do see one they’re generally following Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies down the road.

Patrolling Highway 59 in Montgomery County Texas is the job of DPS Troopers and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Dept. They’re better able to handle drug interdiction on the Highways. Let them do their jobs. The Constables should be in our neighborhoods catching dopers and thieves there, before they reach Highway 59! (That’s also the job of Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, are you listening Tommy Gage?)

Thirdly, I believe that Mr. Bishop has either let money that could have went to Precinct 4 slip out of his hand or has failed to aggressively pursue Pct. 4.s fair share of Government funds and grants. I also never hear of the Commissioners allocating more money to Precinct 4. This says to me that someone is not busting their keester and trying to find funds for more equipment and personnel in Precinct 4.

In fact, I just read a quote from Traivs Bishop in the HCN Newspapers where he said “I’m not ready to retire.” Oh really? Since when did the Precinct 4 Constable position become a career position and why should Montgomery County Taxpayers pay for your retirement? This is a prime example of what happens when you let politicians remain in office for too long. We need a change in the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office.

Why I’m voting for Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden for Precinct 4 Constable On March 4

During my research over the last few days, I’ve come to a conclusion that the best choice for me (and the people of Precinct 4) for Precinct 4 Constable is Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden. Here’s my reasons why.

He’s never been Precinct 4 Constable. From what I’m seeing, this man is chomping at the bits to get into the Precinct 4 Constables Office and start making changes. At this point I don’t care if he actually succeeds, I just want someone in there trying! I don’t think that is currently being done.

Rowdy Hayden also says he wants more Constables in the neighborhoods and off the Highways. That’s exactly what I want also! I’ve read the plan that Rowdy Hayden has for Precinct 4 in East Montgomery County and it’s an ambitious plan and it’s one that needs to be undertaken.

I’ll admit, this man’s enthusiasm for trying to win this position is what I like the most about him. I see his signs all over the place, his ads in the local papers and then this morning I found a “Voter Extra” newsletter type campaign flyer in the Cafe.

I’ve also saw major endorsements for Mr. Hayden. Ed Rinehart, Montgomery County Commissioner (who has worked with both Hayden and Bishop) has endorsed Mr. Hayden as has the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Association.

There’s been a rift between the County Commissioners office and Pct. 4’s Office for a while. Part of the cause is Mr. Bishop’s doing. For example, Commissioner Rinehart recently had this to say about Bishop in the Houston Community Newspaper…

“We (the commissioner’s office) bought laptop computers and video monitors (for Bishop’s office) worth about $15,000,” Rinehart said. “When he came back to Commissioners Court asking for $3,000 more, I was talking to the county auditor, who said he (Bishop) could use his forfeiture fund and then I found out that was about $160,000.”

That’s pretty irresponsible if you ask me. Yep, we need a change in Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constables Office. This riff that was allowed to occurr is hurting the Citizens of Precinct 4.

So far I haven’t seen anything from his opponent, incumbent Travis Bishop. Perhaps after spending 20 years as Constable of Pct. 4 Mr. Bishop believes he has this race sown up election after election.  Just another reason we should never have career politicians in our elected Offices.

I believe it’s time for a change in Pct. 4 Constable Office and I believe Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden will do an excellent job, that’s why I’ll be voting for him on March 4th.

There was no shortage of media coverage prior to Bill Clinton’s campaign speech, however once Clinton showed up, over an hour and half late, the 8000 seat U of H facility looked deserted. Conservative estimates put the number of attendees to Bill Clinton’s campaign stop at around 2000 but if you watch the short news clip, there’s hardly anyone in the seats. It’s also a helluva lot less than the 17,000 that showed up at the Barak “Osama” Bama speech Tuesday night at the Toyota Center.

If you don’t know what this means, I’ll tell you. It means Hillary is in bigger trouble here in Texas than what the News media is telling us.

When was the last time Bill Clinton visited a liberal campus like the U of H and only 2000 people show up?

I agree with a lot of other people who say Bill Clinton’s hurt Hillary’s ‘08 Campaign as much as he’s helped it. He has helped remind many people what two faced, underhanded and dishonest people they are. Thanks Bill…however some of us have never forgot!

And why didn’t the boss herself show up? Well, you see, since the Clinton’s have loss support of many liberals, both White and Blacks, they’ve had to turn to the other minority (figuratively, not literally here in Texas) and that’s the Hispanic vote.

The Clinton’s may be down, but they’re not out. They know if they can get the Hispanics out to vote for them in force, then they’ll win the State.

That’s why Hillary didn’t spend any time in Houston campaigning. You would have thought she would have with the number of Democrats and minorities here, not to mention the big donors, but she’s trying to win over the Hispanic vote down on the Border with stops in Brownsville, Hidalgo and Laredo.

She understands that without them, she’s finished.

Let’s take a bet on how long it will be before she, bill or Chelsea speaks Spanish on the campaign trail! I’ll say that she spoke some Espanola today or at best, a little Spanglish.

Hey, a thought just occurred to me. Remember how Hillary Clinton had that Black Southern accent thing going on when she was down in Georgia and how her accent seemed to change depending on where she was at? I wonder what her Spanish accent will sound like…that’s freakin’ hillarioius!

I also bet that she’s making backroom deals on Border security with the local politicians. I know she sure wound up Houston senator Gallegos. He was kissing her but so much on the Local Houston news shows that he’ll have permanent stretch marks around his lips.

I can’t wait for March 4th to see whether or not Hillary Clintons ‘08 Campaign can pull off an upset in either Texas or Ohio.

So I’m rolling on the floor laughing now that both Hillary Clinton and Barak “Osama” Bama have both flipped the finger at their liberal lovers in Austin.

The Democratic debate is scheduled to go down on the Campus of the University of Texas.

Now Texas Democrats have announced that the debate will be closed to the Public. That’s right, the can’t take a chance on an average person sneaking in and asking a real hard question! Hell no! What do you think this is anyway? A political debate?

No, it’s just another well financed dog and pony show set up with Texas taxpayer money for the Libs to look good. What do you want a bet that big campaign donors and Texas Democrats get a sneak into this debate?

The way I see it, if the State of Texas is footing the bill for this, and they are since it’s scheduled to be held on a State University, then this debate should be open to Texans!

When the debate was initially announced, Texas libs fell all over their-self trying to get tickets. However the organizers said that tickets would be reserved for the University of Texas, the Texas Democratic Party, the Obama and Clinton campaigns, and debate broadcasters CNN and Spanish language network Univision (hey, what about Telemundo??)

Yeah, this sounds like it’s really going to be a fair and open debate doesn’t it!

Oh but wait, if you’re not a Texas Democrat fat cat or social elitist, then you peasants can pay $50 to attend a screening party hosted by the Texas Democratic Party at the Austin Hyatt Hotel.  They also threw out some bait saying that the candidates “might” stop in after the debate, but there was no guarantee.

Well, how lovely! Wouldn’t you feel real special if you got snubbed to see the debate then were “offered” a seat at a party for $50 where you “might” get to see one of your candidates? Geez, I wonder how many suckers will buy tickets to that party? Knowing the Libs in Austin, I bet the place will be packed!

Yes, I know the Amnesty Bill is a U.S. Senate Bill (S.B. 1348) at this writing, but I wanted to put my Congressman on notice and to see how he stood on the issue.

In the reply letter he sent me, Congressman Brady stated that he had sent Nancy Pelosi a letter opposing any legislation that would give amnesty to illegal aliens in the United States. (I bet she sit right down and read that letter)

The letter also went on to say that Congressman Brady cosponsored HR 1950, The Birthright Citizenship Act of 2007.

Congressman Brady’s letter stated that this bill would deny citizenship at birth to children born in the United States of parents who are not citizens or permanent residents. My letter stated that this bill attempts to do away with the practice of illegal aliens crossing the border to give birth in hopes of receiving U.S. citizenship.

Congressman Brady and I haven’t seen eye to eye on several issues, but darnit, if he’s trying to make up, he’s doing a splendid job! You go Congressman Brady!
