What in the world is in the water in El Paso? Besides rampant butt kissing of the illegal immigrants down there, all I hear is about which media personality has went bonkers.
The latest is the case of KVIA-TV reporter and Anchor woman Celina Avila. It seems that Ms. Avila has a problem paying traffic tickets. I guess I would too if I had $4000 worth. Yep, 4 G’s worth of tickets. I’d like to know what you have to do to get 4 Gerr’s worth of traffic tickets! You can read the story here. (by the way, while there check out the Comments, most are hilarious!)
By the way, this is something like her 6th offense!
Ms. Celina is but one in a long line of El Paso media caught by the long arm of the law down there. In recent years KFOX-TV anchorman John Purvis, the El Paso Times very own David Crowder and former KDBC-TV news director Udell Vigil have all been caught having just a little bit too much of a good time then getting behind the Wheel.
Way to go guys and gals, way to set a fine example of how to act in Public! I hope all of you get some good citizen award!
