ICE Raids Shipley’s Donut Plant in Houston

Well, this story about ICE raiding a local Shipley’s Donut Plant in Houston hit a little close to home.

Now that Shipley Donuts is a known hirer of illegal immigrants, where am I suppose to get my breakfast? Too bad, they’ve lost a faithful customer. I’ll never buy another donut or kaloche from Shipley’s Donuts.

As far as I’m concerned, they should have arrested the people who hired these 20 or so illegal aliens.

What makes this even worse is the fact that Shipley Donuts has apparently built a compound for these illegal workers to live in! Now tell me they didn’t know these people were illegal immigrants!

Hispanics Protest Illegal Immigration Raids

After this raid on the Shipley’s Donut Warehouse, an activist group started protesting the roundup. I saw a news clip on the morning news.

You wanna know what was funny?

They were chanting in English and their banners were in English.

So it does seem they can speak and write English when they want too!

I hope this ICE raid on Shipley’s Donuts is just the beginning. They also need to start carting off the employers who hire these illegals.

Wow! I just was looking for a little info on the raids on Shipley’s and found this site. I wanted to leave a reply because I strongly urge you to refrain from putting such comments on the public web site. Part of the reason why the “illeagle” immigrants come to america is because of our trade policies with mexico. Secoundly you yourself come fom a famly that were once immigants that bennifited off the fact that slavery exsited. And thirdly if this horrible exploitation of human beings was not going on america would be a much more exspensive country for just about anything. Then you would probubly be omplaining about how exspensive is and how life is so unfair. Please read a book before putting these messages of ignorace and hate out for kids to see. My suggestion, THE PEOPLES HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES by Howard Zinn. I hope peace finds you one day. Lucas
