The Clinton appointed Federal Judge, Sam Lindsay, puts off making a decision on whether or not the town of Farmer Branch can enforce the law passed by a majority of law abiding LEGAL citizens earlier this year.

Now the Judge has said that he will postpone his decision unitl June 19th.

The Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund and the American Civil Liberties Union say poor families could be thrown out of their homes because of the immigration law.

And, the Liberal organizations say, families in which some people are undocumented and others are citizens or legal immigrants could be forced to move or split up.

Someone throw me a towel, I’m tearing up….

Why is it always about how the illegals “feel” rather than the Legal Citizens? How do they feel about this? Has any news media burned rubber to see how they “feel”? I doubt it.

So now we’ll have to wait until the end of June to see what this Liberal Judge is going to decide. I wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t put it off again.
