Lt. Governor Dewhurst Let’s Texans Down….Again

Lt. Governor David Dewhurst let us down….again. He had his chance to push the Voter ID bill through when Senator Whitmire failed to vote on the Texas Senate floor, then coward down when Whitmire got loud and obnoxious. Then he failed to bring the Bill back onto the floor before May 28th, the last day of the session. Thank you Lt. David Dewhurst for, well, for nothing.

I wish I could say this surprised me, but it doesn’t. We’ll have to keep at the Lt. Governor next time to ensure he keeps a spine and stands up for us Texans.
