I have NEVER had such awful service in all of my life. One of my employees called Thomas' BBQ to place an order and was told, after they took half of the order, that they couldn't speak to her any longer because they had other customers to take care of. I then tried to call and find out what the issue was. After calling for about 10 minutes, they finally picked up the phone and told me, to call back in 10 more minutes. When I tried to call and speak with a manager, she was very rude and refused to let me speak. The manager then told me I was rude for calling back. I then asked to speak with the owner or get his name. At that time the manager refused to give out a name of any kind. Then she in a very threatening tone, said she was checking my phone number and now knew who I was. I am in shock that this type of customer service was actually happening. After asking for the name of an owner again, she said 'Sorry, I not do business with you' and hung up the phone.
I can't get over the fact that I was hung up on the 3rd time I called back to place an order because, evidently, I'm not as important as the customer standing at the counter!

Since Texas Fred chose not to let you know what the content of the post was that caused him to over-react into his little rant, I decided to share it with you. You be the judge:
