U.S. Supreme Court Rules Americans Have Right To Keep and Bear Arms

Wow, can you believe it? I never thought I’d see the day that the U.S. Supreme Court would rule on the 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms. I thought if they did, it would be a future Liberal Court and they would wipe out the 2nd Amendment.

For once, I’m glad I was wrong.

Today indeed will go down as a great day in U.S. History.

Today the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Americans do have the right to keep and bear arms!

The vote coming down from the U.S. Supreme Court was 5 to 4. Of course, you had the Liberal judges of Ginsburg, Stevens, Souter and Breyer dissenting. Why am I not surprised?

By the way, these are the same 4 Justices, along with Justice Kennedy, that said executing Child Rapist was “cruel and unusual” punishment. Apparently they didn’t take into account that it’s far more cruel and unusual to the kids who are raped by these monsters.

If these two ruling do not open many peoples eyes as to how important the next President will be, then nothing will and you’ll get exactly what you deserve.

Why the Vote for the next U.S. President is important

This should show everyone how important the next President will be. Say what you will about Bush, but if he hadn’t appointed judges like Roberts and Alito to the U.S. Supreme Court, we could probably have kissed our 2nd Amendment rights goodbye.

Now I’m no McCain supporter, but between McCain and Obama, which one do you feel would appoint conservative judges to the High Court? You can bet your ass Obama wouldn’t! In fact, there have been rumors that he’s made a deal with Hillary to appoint her should he become President and get the chance to appoint a U.S. Supreme Court justice. Could you imagine that?

McCain is certainly no shoe-in to appoint conservative judges, but I’ll take my chances with home before I would Obama any day!

But for now my good Americans, let us not worry about such things. Let’s rejoice in the fact that we, as Americans, can still keep and bear guns. While the rest of the World is succumbing to their dictators whims, we as a nation can till arm ourselves against such tyrants.

Will you Join me in celebration by going and and popping a few caps today!? And since this ruling came about because of Washington D.C.’s ban on handguns, I’ll be taking my .40 S&W and .45 ACP to the range and burning some powder just for them because our 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms is still intact!

    We now have a right to own guns, isn’t that special?!?!

    It seems to me that right has been in effect ever since the 2nd amendment was written. Many anti-gun lobbies have tried their best to interpret it otherwise, and constitutional scholars have been trying to tell them that the original intent of the Framers of the Constitution was exactly what is read, word for word, because when you get right down to it, we ARE a militia if this nation comes under attack.

    In 1941, when Japan attacked the U.S. Naval forces at Pearl Harbor, there was a major reason they attacked where they did and not on the west coast of this nation. They didn’t fear our military, they feared the ARMED U.S. citizen and the insurgency that they were certain they would face.

    We, The People are the very reason that no foreign power has even tried to invade this nation, always have been, always will be, by God, lets keep it that way.

    All I can tell you fine folks is this, if you have em, secure em, if you don’t have em, you’d be well advised to buy a few, become highly proficient in their use and invest in precious metals, brass, copper, lead, things of that nature.

    You never know when they might change their minds.

    The whiny liberal government in Washington, D.C., has been controlled by real crackheads like Marion Barry and other nefarious characters for too long. The new message is: You criminals break into my home, and I will blow your fucking head off. No citizen can count on the police to protect them, and the druggies in government WANT home break-ins so that the drug users can steal money for their drug habits!

    So where does Mr. Bush, the sometime liberal and sometimes conservative president, fit in? Of course, Bush appointed constitutional conservatives to the court. If that Traitor John Kerry had been elected President (or the Gulfstream liberal Al “Oil for me only” Gore, for that matter), then the jackboot thugs in Washington, D.C., would be knocking on doors right now to pick up all guns just like the shithead New Orleans police did DURING the Katrina aftermath.

    Why did New Orleans police pick up the guns? Because the shithead thieves who stayed behind to loot the homeowners after the storm were getting the fuck shot out of them by lawful citizens with their shotguns. For any liberal ingnorant shitheads, Louisiana has a law. Anyone breaking into a home can be killed (i.e., blown to fucking smithereens) by the homeowner. Also, a driver is allowed to shoot and kill anyone trying to carjack him or her in Louisiana.

    So, thank you, Mr. Bush. We are indebted to you.
