If you ask most wrecker drivers they will tell you that he makes them all look bad. Just like any other business or profession, there are bad apples. Today the industry just got 10.000% better. Mr. Raitano had a partner in crime who towed over 300 cars from the rodeo with out signs posted, because the law does not require signs posted on a property with no driveways. This wrecker driver passed away last year from complications of diabetes. Beware many of the good guys are now gone from this business and now Houston is being over run by middle east currupts buying up the wrecker and body shop industry. Our state just past stricter laws on wreckers and private property towing. The sad thing about Mr. Raitano is he was actually a nice person, but he never grew up.
